 In February of 2011, Alice Rutter traveled to Honduras for her sixth mission trip and second time sharing Moms in Prayer International. Alice is an Area Coordinator in North Carolina and a member of the Moms in Prayer Appalachian Regional Prayer Team. She has served on mission trips to Mexico and Guatemala as well.
 Alice had the opportunity to talk about Moms in Prayer and hand out Spanish Booklets and brochures at two churches. The pastors were very gracious and informed the women in their congregations that Alice would be visiting. She spoke with 15 women at one church and 19 at the other location.
Even the women on the dental missions team were affected by Moms in Prayer. The Honduran dentist who worked alongside Alice all week spoke up excitedly saying, "My mom and I can pray together!" Another mom added, "I would love to be a part of that!"
Alice enjoys serving in Honduras where the people are warm-hearted and focused on spending time with one another in an unhurried environment. Through this mission trip, she was thankful to teach other women about the importance of prayer. Through Moms in Prayer, moms in Honduras and around the world are learning how to pray biblically and to witness the power of prayer.
