Thanksgiving
♥ Arise! Cry Out! webpage documents are complete and posted.
♥ Email blast went out on 1.23.09 asking for host sites.
♥ 15 hosting applications have been received!
♥ Great unity in the Steering Team planning conference calls.
♥ Languages decided for DVD (English and Spanish), with an English transcript provided for other translations.
♥ Confirmation to not have a Coordinator of Host Sites.
♥ Pacific, Appalachian, Mountain and Southwest Regional Representatives in place to answer questions from Host-Site Facilitators.
♥ New MITI testimony book edited and in the publishers hands.
♥ Last week’s meeting with Crimson Bridge went well.

Women who will attend
♥ That attendance at the San Diego Live Site will fill the 3,500-seat church.
♥ Each Country Coordinator would be able to attend the San Diego Live Site.
♥ God would prepare women’s hearts as they hear about Arise! Cry Out! Historic Prayer Event November 14, 2009. That they would attend a location and invite their friends.
♥ We would have many host-site locations in all 50 states and on each continent.
♥ This would truly be a wave of prayer around the world on November 14, 2009, of praying mothers who are gathering together to Arise! Cry Out! for the generations.
♥ Malachi 1:11 – “My name will be great among the nations, from the rising to the setting of the sun. In every place incense and pure offerings will be brought to my name because my name will be great among the nations,” says the Lord Almighty.
♥ There would be urgency about this event.
♥ That every Christian mother in the world would hear about this and have the opportunity to participate.
♥ Wisdom for women in how to share this event.
Theme/Program
♥ Give Fern Nichols, Marlae Gritter, Cathi Armitage and Robin Clark wisdom planning the program (Colossians 1:9).
♥ Pray for the worship team, Crimson Bridge, and their band (Colossians 3:16).
Timeline
♥ Help each woman with a responsibility to be timely with their work.
♥ We would be ready with all the details when registration opens in March.
♥ There would be a multitude of host sites posted for a woman to choose when she registers in March.
Budget
♥ All expenses will be made clear. The proposals and estimates will be accurate and without surprises.
♥ The needed resources will be available to cover all expenses and there would be hearts open to give toward this event.
♥ The right registration fee would be determined for the “San Diego Live Site.”
Teams
♥ God would call complete teams early on for the worldwide host sites – November 14, 2009.
♥ Bless Barbara Hughes with a strong team to coordinate the San Diego Live Site – October 9-10, 2009. February 26 meeting has been set.
♥ God would raise up ACO Representatives, one for each region in the U.S and one for International.
Promotion/publicity
♥ Marketing and promotion of this event would reach far and wide. That all would hear God calling them and would not want to miss this!
♥ How to best promote these two dates with clarity and appeal.
♥ Wisdom in whether to provide a video clip of Fern to post on the website.
♥ Pastors and Women’s Ministry Directors would be excited and supportive as they hear about this special day and would give full support to host this in their church.
International
♥ Women around the world would hear about this and commit to host this historic prayer event on November 14, 2009, in their countries.
♥ Each international host site would easily find a translator for the transcript of the DVD.
Prayer
♥ God would give us wisdom in connecting women in prayer for this event.
♥ We would invite other ministries to partner in prayer with us.
♥ God would give us the best way to organize prayer: three months out, 24/7 the week before the event, surrounding prayer (possibly dads praying).
