Meet Our Founder -
Fern Nichols, President and Founder of Moms In Touch
International
(MITI), located in Poway, California,
loves to pray. She remembers as
a young child going to Wednesday night prayer meetings where
she
would sit next to her mother in the pew with her legs
dangling unable to reach the floor. As she listened to the prayers of the
saints, her heart was filled with peace and security.

Brief History of Moms In Touch
International -
In the fall of 1984, Fern Nichols' two oldest children of
four were entering junior
high school.
Her heart was heavy and burdened with concern as she knew they
would be facing their
greatest test in resisting immoral values, vulgar language, peer
pressure and philosophies that would undermine their faith. She cried out to the Lord asking
Him to protect them, enable them to see clearly the difference between right and wrong, and
make good decisions.

administrative staff, and students would come to faith in Jesus
Christ.

directed by Biblical values and high moral standards.
