Prayer Requests:

•  that all the moms who know about MITI may start to pray in a MITI prayer group in spring semester.
•  that Korean churches may be open to MITI and encourage their moms to pray according to MITI format.

Facts: 

 An armistice was signed in 1953, splitting the peninsula along a demilitarized zone at about the 38th parallel between North and South Korea. In 1993, KIM Young-sam became South Korea's first civilian president following 32 years of military rule. South Korea today is a fully functioning modern democracy. The population of South Korea consists of 26.3% Christian (19.7% Protestant, 6.6% Roman Catholic), 23.2% Buddhist, 1.3% "other" or unknown, 49.3% "none."
