Jesus Woman President Anne Christinsen then challenged the women to get on their knees to corporately repent of their prayerlessness. Hearts were changed and the women left with a renewed commitment knowing they must not give up in praying for their children.
Our Norwegian MITI moms had a beautiful booth at the conference and many women stopped by for information on how to start a MITI group in their area. We appreciate Anne and the Jesus Woman staff for their amazing hospitality and desire to help share the vision of MITI to the women of Norway.
MITI’s Executive VP Marlae Gritter, Fern’s sister Gayle McNeill MITI’s Minnesota State Coordinator Jan Schubert joined Fern in Norway and had the privilege of meeting with 60 Moms In Touch women before the conference.
Randi Helvig, our MITI coordinator from the western part of Norway, organized the training. Fern and Marlae were able to share the vision, mission, Four Steps of Prayer and how to develop MITI in the entire country. The women were so receptive and we truly believe that they are equipped and excited to help grow MITI throughout all of Norway.
After the conference, Marlae and Randi were able to spend time together and discuss how best to encourage more moms in Norway to pray for their kids and schools.
