Growing an Army of Praying Moms in China

In May, Bev Ginn shared the power of prayer to young moms in China. God moved among these women so strongly that they were not only eager to learn more about how to pray for their kids, but they also asked Bev to come back the next day to give them more training! Bev said it was a blessing to hear them pray so passionately from their hearts.  While in China, Bev was also able to connect with a Region Coordinator who was very excited to receive Moms In Touch International Booklets in Chinese! The coordinator plans on starting new groups next year using the Chinese booklet. She has already been working with English-speaking moms at an international school. At a home fellowship, Bev was asked to speak on the subject of parenting and marriage. She shared how the Lord changed her kids through prayer. A mom approached Bev and told her that the Lord convicted her about prayer and was prompting her to start a MITI group.  The other moms were looking forward to visiting the Moms In Touch International website to learn how to pray Scripture for their kids! Later in the trip, Bev had the chance to meet with a Christian woman who was working with new believers needing help with parenting. Bev gave the Christian leader a Moms In Touch International Booklet in Chinese and emphasized the importance of teaching the group how to pray for their kids.  Bev has asked that we pray for a mom from Shanghai who wants to start a new MITI group for foreigners in China.
