 Just as the Panama Canal joins the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, God brought together moms to pray in Panama City on November 14, 2009. Panama was blessed with two different host sites for Arise! Cry Out! But the highlight of the day was witnessing God connect 70 women from all types of denominations at the Instituto Biblico de las Asambleas de Dios. Catholic, Four-Square Gospel, Assembly of God, Prophetic, non-denominational and several others were represented. Both locations felt God’s presence from start to finish as women joyfully poured out their hearts for their own children and for future generations. Several new groups have been started as a result of Arise! Cry Out! in Panama.
Later in November, a member of the MITI Panama leadership team traveled with me to Chiriqui to visit the Chairwoman of a Christian school. We shared about Moms In Touch and showed her pictures from the Arise! Cry Out! live event in San Diego (which I attended) and of the two events in Panama City. The chairwoman expressed great interest and agreed to inform the school about Moms In Touch that very week. God is moving throughout Panama to connect praying moms!
