MITI Joins the
Parade
In the town of La
Verne, California, a Fourth of July parade is held
every year, and anyone can enter. Entries are silly
or serious: a kazoo band, decorated cars, civic club
floats, and even creative presentations sharing a
ministry, church or business. Our local MITI moms entered the parade, and it
was
a wonderful way to spread the word in
their community.

"I can't express how cool it was to
walk along the parade route and hear the people call
out to us 'thanks for praying' or 'keep on praying'
or 'great job moms.' I look forward to hearing stories one day that God used us to plant seeds in
the
surrounding communities!"

Ethiopia: MITI Reaches 20 Million!
This summer, 20 MITI ("mighty") moms
from around the USA felt the call of God to go to
Ethiopia and
share the hope, joy and unity found by gathering in groups
to pray using the Moms In Touch Four Steps of Prayer. Little did
they know that God would multiply their
efforts so quickly!
Nearly 900 Ethiopian
moms were delighted to learn new ways to pray for
their children. One mom said, "You are an answer to
our prayers. We have been praying for our children
just when they grow
up and have problems. We
did not know we should pray for our small children,
and for
God’s blessing on their lives ahead." We praise God for these loving women, and for the
chance to broadcast a MITI training
session via TV to 20 million other Ethiopians!

You Out There?
We recently discovered a mom who
had been praying in a Moms In Touch group for
years, yet her group was not registered in the
MITI data base. Could this be true of your
group? To find out quickly, click on
Locate MITI Group-USA.
Once you see the USA map, click on your region,
select your state, and then click on your county
or type in a school district. This should give
you schools in your county or district that have
Moms In Touch groups. If you find that your
school is not listed even though you have a
group, please take the time to go to
Register Your Group.
Fill out a separate form for each person who prays with you. This will ensure
that they receive the newsletter and important
emails from Headquarters. We need updated
records so that moms searching for a group can
be connected to the right one. We want to know
you are out there! Please help us!
