Back to School - Back to Basics
Thinking back-to-school? Can't wait to get back
to your Moms In Touch group? Take a few moments
to reflect on what you love about your group:
Gathering with friends who love your
children
Continuing together to learn who God
is through praise
Powerful,
scriptural, agreement
prayer
The peace of lifted burdens and
answered prayer
This is the experience of thousands of mothers,
as they use the basics of Moms In Touch:
the 4 Steps of Prayer and Praying in One Accord.
One mom writes:
When my family moved to a different state, I
was disappointed to learn that there were not
Moms In Touch groups at the new schools my
children would attend. I was determined to not
only begin a group, but to use the opportunity
to teach the basics and follow the guidelines.
God abundantly blessed by not only sending moms
to pray with me, but by raising up a group
leader for my other child's school the next
year. Today each school in the school district
continues to be covered in weekly prayer by a
Moms In Touch group and God has answered
hundreds of prayers.
What blessings have you experienced by following
the basics in your Moms In Touch group?

"back to basics" in the fall.
This month, as we focus on the basics, take time
to click on and review the
Four Steps of Prayer
and
Praying in One Accord
(both taken
from the
MITI Leader's Guide). As you read them, ask
God to show you how you might rehearse these
basics in your group. Perhaps you will want to
purchase our
featured CD's to share with members
of the group. The
Leader's Checklist is a
great tool to sharpen up on the basics. Do you
know the ABC's of Moms In Touch?
